Ad-aware is one of the best spy-ware detection programs out there. And it's free. Make sure the only programs on your pc are programs you personally downloaded. There is also a paid Professional version available. Be sure to check for updates.

Headaches

Headaches, migraines, etc. Killer pains. How much Excedrin today?  It's been two days with this non-stop agony. No sleep. No ability to concentrate for any length of time. Nausea. Blech. I tried posting a similar post as this yesterday and it didn't work. Wonder if it will today. What to take for the pain when the only reliable remedy (Excedrin) isn't working? :(
